The professionals registered with the Trade Registry and any other interested individuals may obtain information on all the records entered in the trade registry with regard to a company, having the following available options:
A. Options for obtaining online information
- Recom online (Provision of information) – time for obtaining: as soon as the document is downloaded; the following information is required: Sole Registration Code (CUI)/Registration Number with the Trade Registry (in Romanian, „J-ul” societatii) and the Legal Name of the company.
- Online Excerpt of company details – time for obtaining: 15-30 minutes; the following information is required: Sole Registration Code (CUI)/ Registration Number with the Trade Registry (in Romanian, „J-ul” societatii), Legal Name of the company and Power of Attorney only for the following situations: public tender, bank, obtaining visas, leasing, notary, EAFRD (European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development), SME funds, Social Security Contributions.
- Online Registry excerpt – time for obtaining: 1 to 2 working days; the following information is required: Sole Registration Code (CUI)/Registration Number with the Trade Registry (in Romanian, „J-ul” societatii), Legal Name of the company and Power of Attorney.
B. Options for obtaining information in the original/hard copy version
- Original/ Hard copy of the Historical report – time for obtaining: maximum 30 days as of the registration date of the application, depending on complexity of the work; the following information is required: Sole Registration Code (CUI)/Registration Number with the Trade Registry (in Romanian, „J-ul” societatii), Legal Name of the company and Power of Attorney.
- Original/ Hard copy of the Excerpt of company details – time for obtaining: 30 minutes; the following information is required: Sole Registration Code (CUI)/Registration Number with the Trade Registry (in Romanian, „J-ul” societatii), Legal Name of the company and Power of Attorney only for the following situations: public tender, bank, obtaining of visas, leasing, notary, EAFRD (European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development), SME funds, Social Security Contributions.
- Original/ Hard copy of the Registry excerpt – time for obtaining: 30 minutes; the following information is required: Sole Registration Code (CUI)/Registration Number with the Trade Registry (in Romanian, „J-ul” societatii), Legal Name of the company and Power of Attorney.
Note: For items A2 and B2 above, the Power of Attorney is not required when the Excerpt of company details is issued on request or for information purposes.
