Ionut is the Managing Partner and the founder of Mirus & Lexington Group. He is a Fulbright scholar, holding a B.A. Finance, a JD and a MS in International Tax at Bentley University. Ionut has 20 years of experience in Romanian and international tax with a focus on foreign investments into Romania, tax controversy and litigation, M&A and international tax structuring.
Crina has a twofold specialization and is coordinating for more than ten years the Lexington Division of Mirus & Lexington Group, comprising both the Corporate Service Practice and the Language Service Practice, with offices in Bucharest and Sibiu and is also one of the Group’ Partners.
Crina holds a Professional Qualification from Oxford University in Advanced Project Management, Change Management and Leadership and is mainly assisting foreign private clients, corporations, and institutional investors, with a focus on corporate compliance, management, and governance advisory, being also a member of Corporate Service Practices within several global expert networks, and qualified as a STEP Affiliate by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in London.
She has also a BA in Applied Modern Languages from the University in Sibiu in conjunction with Université d’Artois, in Arras, Nord-Pas de Calais, France, as a SY Erasmus Scholar, a MA in Specialized Translations and Terminological Studies from Bucharest University and is also certified as a Sworn Translator and Interpreter for both English and French languages by the Ministry of Justice in Romania.
